1, Sterilize the palm fruit;

We configure the vertical-steam sterilizer to break the enzymes in fruit, and avoid the increasing of the FFA content in oil by injecting 300KPa direct steam. After the sterilize the FFB, the palm fruit will be easy to separate from palm fruit bunches, and this step can also increase the humidity of palm fruit, it will be easy to get the crude palm oil when press the palm fruit.

Remark: FFB (fresh palm fruit bunches) must sterilize within 48 hours, the otherwise the FFA (free fatty acids) will increase quickly in palm fruit, it will impact the crude palm oil quality and sell.

2, Separate palm fruit from palm fruit bunches;

3. Digest the palm fruit to palm pulp;

The digester will stir the palm fruit, on the one hand, it will separate the palm fruit pulp and palm nut, on the other hand, it can mash the palm fruit to palm pulp. 4. Press palm oil out;

In order to achieve better filtering effect and get high quality palm oil, this set of 5tph small scale palm oil processing machine prototype adopts the three-step filtration method to filter the palm oil.

Second filtration——Use crude oil clarification tank to remove small impurities, like the sand and stone, etc by settling.

6, Dryer the palm oil;

The presence of moisture in the palm oil will not only make the oil hydrolysis and rancidity, which will affect the quality of the palm oil, but also shorten the storage time of the palm oil.
