There are two steps from palm nut to get palm kernel: cracking firstly and separating then.

Firstly, we adopt professional palm kernel cracker to crack palm nuts, crushing rate is above 90%;

Secondly, after crushing the palm nut, we can get the mixture of palm kernel and shell. Because of the shell and kernel weight is very close, to separate them, we need to use air separator system. Usually , we need to control air speed and volume to separate palm kernel from shell. When the speed and air volume arrive the critical value, the palm kernel and shell can be separated, the separation rate can reach above 90%.
