Originally from West Africa，palm now is cultivated around the world . It is one of the most cold-resistant plants. Currently，there are about 20 countries producing palm. And the main countries are Malaysia Indonesia and Nigeria.

Palm oil is generally made of shortening, margarine, hydrogenated oil and frying.
At present, there are about 20countries produce palm oil in the world. Malaysia and Indonesia is two largest palm oil producing countries in the world.
