A 1 TPH palm oil processing line provides a practical starting point for small-scale palm oil mills that want to process fresh palm fruit into crude palm oil.

For operators looking to minimize capital investment, the system is equipped with a water-boiling sterilizer heated by biomass or firewood, eliminating the need for a separate boiler. The steam generated is used to sterilize fresh fruit bunches (FFB) efficiently.

2 TPH Palm Oil Mill — Nigeria
A Nigerian customer invested in a 2 TPH palm oil processing line to process fresh palm fruit into crude palm oil. The project included fruit sterilization, threshing, digestion and pressing, oil clarification, filtration, and vacuum drying. Installation and commissioning were completed in May 2025.
5 TPD Palm Kernel Oil Pressing Plant — Nigeria
After establishing its palm oil mill, the same customer added a 5 TPD palm kernel oil pressing line to process the kernels recovered from palm fruit processing. The project was commissioned in July 2025, allowing the customer to expand from crude palm oil production into palm kernel oil production.
5 TPD Palm Kernel Oil Refining Plant — Nigeria
In another Nigerian project, an edible oil processor invested in a 5 TPD batch refining system to move from crude oil trading into refined oil production. The system was designed primarily for crude palm kernel oil, with the flexibility to process crude soybean oil as well. Following installation and commissioning, the plant entered production on July 31, 2026.
