The introduction of palm kernel oil pressing production line working process:

First, a fiber separation equipment is to separate the fibers on the palm kernel nut for later shelling.

After defibering, the palm kernel nuts must enter the palm kernel cracker and separator machine.

After that, palm kernel crusher will crush palm kernels into pieces for higher oil rate.

The next step is to enter the cooker to adjust the water and temperature, which is more conductive to oil production.

After cooking, the palm kernels enter the palm kernel oil press machine to squeeze oil out.

Then the plate filter can remove the oil impurities and some moisture from the crude palm kernel oil.
