On August 28, 2025, Henan Glory successfully entered into a cooperation agreement with a Malaysian customer, who officially purchased small scale palm oil extraction machines to build a core production line for its palm oil jam production project.

The small scale palm oil extraction machines delivered this time is precisely tailored to the customer's production requirements and covers key links in palm oil extraction. One simple palm fruit thresher adopts a drum-type working principle, achieving efficient separation of palm fruits from fruit bunches through high-speed rotation. It features a simple structure, and can also reduce raw material waste by recycling empty fruit bunches. As the core equipment, two 500kg/h single-screw palm oil pressing machines (motor-driven model) generate pressure through the advancement of the screw shaft in the pressing chamber to realize efficient oil extrusion. Meanwhile, the single-screw palm oil pressing machine has a compact size, easy installation, and requires no professional skills for operation. Two vibrating screens focus on filtering fibers and impurities from the pressed oil, improving oil purity through multi-layer screening and laying a solid foundation for the quality of palm oil jam. The entire set of equipment is compact and efficient, perfectly suitable for small and medium-sized palm oil deep processing scenarios.
