5TPD Batch Type Edible Oil Refining Equipment Installation Progress in Nigeria

The on-site installation work started on March 19, 2026, and is being carried out according to the equipment layout drawing and the technical documents we provided.

At present, all main units — degumming tank, deacidification tank, decolorization tank, deodorization tank (food-grade stainless steel), leaf filter, steam generator, vacuum pump, thermal oil heater, cooling tower and water jet vacuum pump — have been lifted, leveled and fixed in place.

The next steps are to finish the connection of the thermal oil pipeline, steam pipeline, water pipeline and the electrical control cabinet, then carry out the leak test and no-load trial run of each tank, and finally conduct the first refining test run with crude oil together with the customer’s operators.

The on-site photo provides a direct view of the main units positioned inside the customer’s workshop in Nigeria.

Why Choose This 5TPD Batch Type Edible Oil Refining Equipment?

This 5TPD batch type edible oil refining equipment uses thermal oil heating. For this project, the heating method was selected according to the planned refining process and the customer’s operating requirements.

The customer plans to process crude palm kernel oil and crude soybean oil with this equipment after commissioning. The batch configuration is designed for this 5TPD refining project and its planned raw material applications.

Our installation guidance engineer has been on site since the first batch of equipment arrived and has been working step by step with the customer’s local team. To support smooth installation and commissioning, this project also benefits from our branch and overseas warehouse in Ogun State, Nigeria.
