Breaking news! On July 9, 2025, a Sri Lankan customer successfully placed an order for palm oil processing equipment with Henan Glory. The equipment comprises three core components: a 5tph palm oil production line, kernel-shell separation equipment, and a 0.5tph palm kernel pressing line.

This palm oil production line, purchased by the Sri Lankan customer, is suitable for small and medium-sized oil mills. It can process 5 tons of fresh palm fruit per hour and features a high degree of automation.The entire line includes a sterilizer, a thresher, a digester, a double-screw oil press, an oil clarification tank, a plate filter, and a vacuum dryer tank. It ultimately produces pure, stable palm oil. Furthermore, to unlock the full value of palm fruit and avoid wasting palm kernel resources, the customer decided to add a kernel-shell separation unit and a palm kernel oil pressing line. It is worth mentioning that the palm kernel cracking and separating machine in the customer’s newly added kernel-shell separation unit not only boasts a shelling rate and a separation rate of ≥ 95% and minimizes palm kernel breakage, but also features automation and user-friendliness.

This Sri Lankan customer owns a local plantation and runs a rubber company. The customer first contacted our company on June 28, 2023.
