Indonesia project: Henan Glory supplies 2-3t/h palm kernel shell separator machine

Good news! Recently, Henan Glory successfully signed a contract with a Taiwanese customer for a 2-3tph palm kernel shell separator machine project to be installed in Indonesia.

The customer is mainly responsible for equipment procurement and management for a palm oil processing plant located in Indonesia. As the local palm oil business continued to develop, the customer planned to further expand into palm kernel processing in order to improve raw material utilization and create additional profit value from palm kernel by-products. After careful market research and supplier comparison, the customer finally chose Henan Glory as the equipment supplier for this palm kernel processing project.

In fact, the cooperation between the customer and Henan Glory began as early as July 2025. After the initial communication, the customer personally visited Henan Glory's factory in China and carefully inspected our palm kernel shell separator machine. During the visit, our technical team introduced the working principle, separation efficiency, and equipment configuration in detail. The customer expressed great satisfaction with both the equipment quality and Henan Glory's professional service.

However, due to the temporary shutdown of the customer's palm oil processing plant in Indonesia, the entire palm kernel processing project was suspended for a period of time. Even during the project pause, both sides maintained communication regarding the future development plan of the palm kernel processing business.

In early 2026, as the Indonesian plant resumed operations, the customer restarted the palm kernel processing project and once again chose Henan Glory as the preferred supplier. On April 29, 2026, the customer officially completed the payment and signed the contract with Henan Glory, marking the official launch of this Indonesia palm kernel processing project.

Palm Kernel Nuts Grading Sieve:

Used to classify palm nuts into different sizes before the cracking process. By grading large and small palm nuts separately, the machine helps improve the cracking efficiency.

Palm Kernel Nuts Cracker:

Designed to crack palm nuts efficiently through adjustable internal clearance between the rotor and tooth plates. The machine can achieve a high cracking rate while maintaining the integrity of palm kernels.

Palm Kernel & Shell Separating System:

By utilizing the difference in specific gravity between kernels and shells, the lighter shells are separated by airflow while the heavier kernels fall naturally, achieving a high separation efficiency and reducing manual labor requirements.

Palm Kernel Drying System:

Used to reduce the moisture content of separated palm kernels, improving storage conditions of palm kernels.
