The method of extraction palm oil is usually pressing, through sterilization, threshing, digesting, pressing, clarification, filtering and dehydration to get crude red palm oil, which is the most advanced palm oil extraction process. But different countries have different market condition.

Crude palm oil

For example, in Malaysia, almost all the palm oil mill plants adopt complete large scale palm oil extraction process, which is very advanced and high production efficiency. The efficiency of the threshing machine can reach more than 98%. Although it is simple, it can meet the requirements. The oil press machine and the filter are configured according to the actual processing capacity of the customer.

2. Small palm oil press line

Glory Company small palm oil press line contains complete palm oil extraction process, the equipment including palm fruit sterilizer, thresher, digesting machine, palm oil presser, vibrating screen, oil dry system, steam boiler, etc. Its processing capacity is 1-5tph. Although the capacity is small , it is belongs to fully automated production lines, suitable for customers with sufficient funds and high requirements for product oil.

As the video shows, there is little need for manual participation in the palm oil extraction process. The sterilization tank is vertical sterilization tank. After sterilizing, the hoist will transport the fruit bunches in the fruit cages to the thresher, and palm fruit will be separated from the fruit bunches. Then conveying auger will transport these palm fruits to the palm fruit digester to be minced. The oil presser is generally placed under the digester to facilitate timely pressing. For the filtration stage, a  vibrating screen, an crude oil clarification tank and a plate filter are generally configured to filter different impurities in the crude oil. At last, you can get clean red crude palm oil.
